I really like space and stuff. Futurism. Money. The universe. I also really like highly detailed, intricate artwork. Here I went on a creation spree for a month drawing heavenly bodies from the galaxy above.
In all of these I used a similar creative process. I create composite layers of an image at different exposures, to pick up different parts of image detail. Then I reconstruct those layers, adding color where needed to find that wow-factor.
I used Apple iPad Pro 12'9 to run iOS Adobe Capture where the composite .SVG layers are created. Saved to my Adobe Creative Cloud library for 'Space Objects' I can open the layers — essentially stamps or stencils — in iOS Adobe Fresco. I spend a decent amount of time finding the colors and layering order that looks best, and most of these Adobe Library "Shapes" need some cleaning up of the image after using it to stencil the vector shapes.
I'm hoping in 2023 I'll be able to purchase a machine powerful enough to path animate these vector images. Pretty sure I destroyed my personal MacBook Pro trying to manipulate these 1,000+ vector path curve shapes in Adobe After Effects.
