This production I spent a lot more time on. I went down a variety of different paths looking for the most efficient visual translation, refusing to use words, images too complex, or lengthy ad spots for the newly developed product. The most recent version is saved as a GIF towards the end of the batch of photos I included in this post. I was really toying with how I could use "ghost" versions of our product "users" — using opaque white layers at varying opacity levels to illustrate nothing but the subjects shadows has to be one of my favorite ways to illustrate a human character subject. In the end (though not completely there yet) these ghost characters, and many of the others, are likely too large to be animated and converted into a Lottie .json for the background middle right 1/6th of the above-the-fold website home screen. They just require too much detail.
